
POLICE are investigating a case of murder and attempted murder after a close range assassination took place in Richards Bay on Saturday night.
According to reports, the victim, Siphelele ‘Phephe Madlisa’ Sibiya (29), a well-known tow truck company owner, was shot with a high calibre weapon countless of times.

A police officer also sustained a gunshot wound to the arm when he attended to the shooting and approached the suspect, who is believed to have used an AK47.
