‘Let the music play’ for Kobus

The event Let the Music Play will be hosted by Daniel Hoffman and Marius Beukes, and will see guests enjoy games, an auction and prize giveaways

THE Zululand community is coming together to raise funds for Empangeni resident and popular pharmacist Kobus van Wyk (41), who was paralysed in a motorbike collision in October last year.

The Amble Inn is the venue, and the plan for the evening tomorrow (Friday) is to enjoy live music, dress-up fun and a picnic meal, with all proceeds going to the Van Wyk family of four as they navigate the drastic change in their lives following the accident.

Tickets are available at Medi-Park Pharmacy at Andrew’s Spar in Empangeni, and at Southbreeze Properties (ABSA Building, Empangeni).

They cost R100 per person, and there will be a cash bar at the venue.

Pack your picnic supper, dress up as your favourite musical legend and show your love.
