Late goal sinks Richards Bay FC
It was by all accounts a game of few chances and NRB were sunk by a goal mere seconds before the final whistle as they pressed for the win and were caught on the break
RICHARDS Bay FC can hold their heads high after going down 1-0 away on Saturday to Real Kings, who, with the three points, move into second place on the NFD log.
It was by all accounts a game of few chances and NRB were sunk by a goal mere seconds before the final whistle as they pressed for the win and were caught on the break.
NRB will have to shake off that defeat as they travel yet again this Saturday with an away fixture against Witbank Spurs.

The sides shared points in a goalless draw in the first round.
Nedbank Cup draw
Richards Bay FC will travel to the Free State to take on Bloemfontein Celtic following the Nedbank Cup last 16 draw made on Thursday evening.
While their opponents campaign in the PSL, this does not mean NRB’s cup race will stop here.
History, and this season especially, has shown the difference between the two streams is ever narrowing as the NFD steadily improves.
As it is, Celtic are not exactly taking the premier league apart and if they find Richards Bay at their best, an upset could be on the cards.
