Conservation Agriculture policy comment invited
Have your say in the future policy of conservation agriculture
THE Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF), Senzeni Zokwana, has invited all interested and affected institutions, organisations and individuals to provide comments on the draft Conservation Agriculture policy.
He also announced that consultative workshops will be held between February and April.
The workshops for KZN willl be held in the Analytical Boardroom of the Cedara Agricultural College outside Pietermaritzburg on 22 March.

The document and template for comment are available on the department’s website on www.daff.gov.za.
Written comments need to be sent to the Directorate: Land Use and Soil Management within 60 days of the publication of the notice in the Government Gazette No 41432 of 9 February, putting the deadline at 9 April.
