Richards Bay Seafarers music evening provides great entertainment

LOCALS and seafarers alike gathered at the Richards Bay Mission to Seafarers on Friday night to enjoy the first music evening of the year.

Seafarers Ajay Kandari, Rajneesh, Kirubakaran Selvaraj, Amit Prasad, Vikash Chhetri and Bamania Naresh Chandraj said they felt at home at the Richards Bay Mission to Seafarers during their time in South Africa

As has been the tradition for 18 years, Jack le Roux and Chris van der Linde provided the musical entertainment for the evening.

These evenings are aimed at providing international seafarers with social interaction opportunities while they are in a foreign land away from their loved ones.

The Mission to Seafarers is looking forward to more music evenings, and plans to host them on a monthly basis.
