Employees receive awards for long and dedicated service

AMONG a number of Mhlathuze Water employees who were last week rewarded for their long service and dedication to the company, three in particular received awards for more than three
decades of service.
Mandla Mabika and Patrick Mkhwanazi’s valuable contribution of 30 years each to the company was awarded, while Enos Makhathini received an award for his 35 years of service.
In his address, the General Manager: Operations, Swaswa Ntlhoro, congratulated the recipients and thanked them for their valuable contribution and dedication in making Mhlathuze Water the ‘water service provider of choice’.
‘My assumption is that our long service recipients have enjoyed what they do and as part of our retention strategy we will continue to create an environment that is conducive to all our
employees,’ he said.
