Big turnout in support of DICE golf project

FRIKKIE van Zyl and Cas Knoetze drove, chipped and putted their way to a one point victory at the annual DICE fund-raising golf day held at the Empangeni Country Club on Saturday.

The duo carded 47 points in the 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford competition.

MC Biyela and B Nduli finished one point off the pace (46 ), as did third placed Bradley Browning and Jandri Krafft.

Eighty players took to the course to show their support for the local non-profit organisation.

All funds raised will go towards community projects.

Sponsors will be acknowledged in next Thursday’s edition of the Zululand Observer.
