Work begins on Bullion Boulevard rehabilitation

WORK has began on the rehabilitation of Bullion Boulevard in Richards Bay.
The repair is part of the road rehabilitation programme the City of uMhlathuze rolled out in the last financial year.
‘The resealing of Bullion Boulevard project is expected to be completed by mid-week,’ said City Communications Manager Mdu Ncalane.
The municipality has set aside more than R33-million for the rehabilitation programme.
‘People may have noticed that roads have been reworked in different parts of Richards Bay, Empangeni and in the townships, and the programme will cover all roads that need attention,’ Ncalane said.
