City municipal employees beef up on fitness
The City of uMhlathuze held its annual employees' wellness day last week
CITY of uMhlathuze Municipality staff members had access to health and wellness information over two days during the municipality’s annual employees’ wellness days at eSikhaleni and Richards Bay last week.
Supported by their main sponsor Standard Bank and a host of other service providers such as health clubs, insurance companies, health clinics, financial service providers, dentists, optometrists and medical aid companies, employees had an opportunity to reevaluated their lifestyles and improve their health and wellness to optimal levels.
