Diwali festival enjoyed by all
Local artists and performers included Ashlin, Wendel, the Mahendri Dance Academy, with various items by both Brackenham and Bay primary schools
THE Zululand Diwali Festival in Brackenham on Saturday was well attended by the local community who all thoroughly enjoyed the evening’s festivities.

Local artists and performers included Ashlin, Wendel, the Mahendri Dance Academy, with various items by both Brackenham and Bay primary schools.

The line-up also included a surprise performance by Versatile who came all the way from Durban.
The evening culminated with a speeches by King Cetshwayo District Mayor Nonhle Mkhulisi, Brackenham community stalwart SV Naicker and President of the Zululand Diwali Committee, Spuddy Parasuramen.
