DESPITE the winter months almost over, local club swimmers have been hard at training, ahead of the new swim season.
Local swimmers of Fish Eagles, uShaka and Pongola Swim Academy have followed a strict H2O diet and are positive ahead of the new season.

Friday, 22 to Saturday, 23 September – KCDA Fish Eagle 1000 at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 7 October – KCDA October Age Group at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 14 October – KCDA Fish Eagle Short Course at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 28 October – KCDA November Age Group at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 25 November – KCDA ZMSC Open Water Swim in Richards Bay.
Saturday, 25 to Sunday, 26 November – Midmar Capital K and KZNA Open Water Champs at Midmar Dam.
Saturday, 2 December – KCDA December Age Group at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 13 January – KCDA January Age Group at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 3 February – KCDA February Age Group at Arboretum Swimming Pool.
Saturday, 10 February to Sunday 11 February – Midmar Mile at Midmar Dam.
Saturday, 3 to Sunday, 4 March – SA Open Water Champs TBA.
