IN a bid to sweep the Bay CBD clean of suspects and criminal activity, a joint operation between Richards Bay SAPS, CPFs and security forces saw the groups descend on various parts of the CBD on Friday.
The early morning raid led to the arrest of one suspect, wanted for housebreaking and theft.
This follows a previous raid the week before, which resulted in the arrest of two people in possession of liquor and a further two in possession of drugs.
