Get ready to cast your vote in the #ZOPetSelfie competition

Both online and newspaper voting will commence on 7 August and close at midday on 16 August

THE Zululand Observer’s #ZOPetSelfie competition in July attracted more than 150 entries.
Of these, just more than 100 were selfies, eligible to go through to the voting round.

To keep online and newspaper voting streamlined, voting will commence tomorrow (Monday) on both the website and in the newspaper.

All finalists will be published in the ZO Monday edition today and next Monday (14 August), along with an entry form.

People wanting to vote via the voting form in the newspaper will be able to do so by completing the form, cutting it out and dropping it off at the Empangeni or Richards Bay ZO offices.

For those wanting to vote via the website, a voting form on the competition’s dedicated online page will go live today.

Each entry is numbered, so voters must write down the number of the photograph they intend to vote for.

Voting will close at midday on 16 August, from which the first, second and third placed entries will emerge.

The winners will be contacted and the winning photograph, along with the second and third placed photographs, will be published in the ZO Monday edition of 21 August.
