Aircon business scoops cool award

EXLAND Airconditioning was named Top 10 Dealer in KZN and Top 30 Dealer nationwide for 2016/2017 in the Fourways Airconditioning Top Dealer Awards.

Business owner Schalk Exley, who started Exland in Richards Bay in 1994 from his garage, said the accolade is proof of the company’s dedication to reliable products and services.

‘It is in checking and rechecking the minutest details of our work that we have built our reputation for reliability and quality. ‘This reputation is built, in part, on our commitment to after sales service, which is a key component of our quality control process.’

He said the award encourages the team to strive for more. ‘Exland recognises the

necessity for continuous improvement in every element of the business. ‘I believe our employees must be not only highly skilled, but also constantly inspired and encouraged to develop their individual potential and maintain the enthusiasm and attention they started with.’
