Get snapping in our ZO pet selfie competition

ATTENTION all animal lovers!

Get creative, get imaginative and capture your favourite pet’s quirkiest character traits on camera in the ZO My Pet and Me, selfie competition.The competition will run for six weeks, starting today (Monday) and ending on 16 August, the last two weeks of which will be for voting only.

We’re looking for innovative, quirky, original or humorous selfies of you with your pet.
As they come in, entries will be published both on our website and in the ZO Monday edition.

Closing date for entries is 30 July, after which voting will commence.

Voting will close on 16 August and the winners will be announced in the following ZO Monday edition.

Those wanting to vote online can do so through the competition’s dedicated online page, while those wanting to vote the conventional way can do so by completing the voting form published in the newspaper along with the entrants.

These forms can be dropped off at either the ZO Empangeni or Richards Bay offices, or scanned and emailed to tamlyn@zob.co.za.

Don’t miss out, as there are some exciting prizes up for grabs!

NB: All photos must be 500KB file sizes or larger and must be emailed.

Entries via Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram will not be accepted.
