WOMEN in eSikhaleni now fear walking down the street after a chilling incident last Friday in which two teenage girls were assaulted and sexually harassed by ‘drunken schoolboys’ in broad daylight.
While walking past Tisand Technical School to a nearby bus stop, the two cousins were reportedly attacked by a group of boys coming from the school premises.
According to the victims, the perpetrators were under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
‘They forcefully grabbed my cousin and suddenly started hitting us. They then touched us inappropriately, grabbing my breasts and private parts,’ said the one 18-year-old victim.
