THE Empangeni SAPS Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit has secured yet another harsh conviction in the form of a life sentence for rape.
Thomas Khoza (45) was last week convicted on countless charges for the rape of his 11-year-old daughter, whom he started raping since she was eight.
