Birding attraction opened at iSimangaliso Wetland Park

YET another tourist attraction has been opened to the public on the Eastern Shores section of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park.
The revamped kuMfazana hide on the new 1.2km Forest Loop game drive, offering great birding opportunities, was officially opened last week
The hide leads visitors on a stunning scenic route through coastal forest and passes the hide which overlooks a seasonal water hole.
The St Lucia Bird Club was invited as the first group to experience the facility, which has concrete strips to allow all-weather access.
