Richards Bay’s roller-coaster season continues
Locals are encouraged to come down to the club and get behind the local squads
RICHARDS Bay Rugby Club’s roller-coaster season continued on Saturday in the Premier League, when both first and second teams went down to Crusaders in Fidelity Security Moor Cup games played in Durban.
The Bay side, who picked up their first win of the competition against Varsity College at home the week before, went down 22-12.
The second side got drilled 65-10.
This result leaves the first side with three losses and one win thus far.
Richards Bay will host College Rovers on Saturday at the Richards Bay Rugby Club in their next encounter.
Kick-off for the second team game is scheduled for 2pm, followed by the main game at 3.30pm.
