BREAKING: Wayne Wilmot, missing from Empangeni, has died
Tragic end in search for missing Zululander
The news was confirmed at around 4.30, by a family friend who has positively identified Wayne’s body at the Richards Bay SAPS Morgue.
His family has been notified.
No further details as to the cause of his death are being released at present.
A plea for help in finding Wayne first went out on Thursday, when he disappeared from his smallholding just outside of Empangeni.
His mother, well-known ex-Zululander Charmaine Corbett, said it was unusual for Wayne to have had no contact with his family for such a long period of time.
He was last seen alive on Thursday.
