‘Sole’ful sounds in Richards Bay

Richards Bay artist Daniel Hoffmann will be performing at the SAVF (Suid Afrikaanse Vrouefederasie) Tekkie Tax Day in Meerensee

IN keeping with his community spirit, Richards Bay artist Daniel Hoffmann will be performing at the SAVF (Suid Afrikaanse Vrouefederasie) Tekkie Tax Day in Meerensee next month.

Forming part of the annual national charity fund-raiser, SAVF’s Tekkie Tax Day will be held from 10am–2pm on 26 May at the Meerensee Mall.

On the day, visitors will enjoy a variety of market and food stalls, and can support the charity of their choice by buying Tekkie Tax stickers and/or shoelaces.

Falling under the ‘bring hope’ Tekkie Tax category, SAVF spends the money it raises on our community’s most vulnerable, from children to pensioners and everyone in between.

Sales of the stickers and laces have already begun, so there is no need to wait until Tekkie Tax Day.

The idea is to buy them beforehand and wear your tekkies to work on 26 May complete with your

Tekkie Tax laces, or don your sticker.

Stickers cost just R10, while the Tekkie Tag shoelaces are R35.

T-shirts are also being sold, at R75 for children and R95 for adults, but orders for these must be placed.

There really is no easier way, that will not break the bank, to support the charity of your choice.

Businesses are invited to book their spot at the Tekkie Tax Day at Meerensee Mall.

Stands can be secured for just R30 and interested parties can contact Irma for further info on 082 5108079.

About the artist

Daniel has taken time out of his busy schedule of performances, working on new material, and presenting to show his support for charity.
