TO strengthen and improve operations in the local taxi industry, secretaries of various taxi associations’ completed a 20-day workshop at Amble Inn in Empangeni on Friday.

The training programmes drew on the expertise of industry specialists from the KZN Taxi Commuters Cooperation (TCC).

The experts provided secretaries with information on business communications, people development, teamwork and finance.
