POLICE are searching for a KwaMsane teen who went missing while swimming at a beach in St Lucia on Tuesday.
According to the family, Sphamandla Tembe (17) was at the beach with friends celebrating passing Grade 11.
Reportedly he went for a swim after lunch. Friends reported hearing him scream and noticed he was having trouble swimming.
They ran to notify some elders but on their return, he was gone. By Wednesday morning, he still had not been found.
Police and volunteers as well as his family, are still searching for Sphamandla.
