BREAKING: John Frara acquitted in murder trial
Testimony was heard in the Empangeni District Court this morning

JOHN Frara, the Empangeni man who stood accused of murdering his wife Carolyn inside their home in April 2013, has been acquitted.
Testimony by Frara as well as a psychologist was heard in Empangeni District Court this morning.

Attorney for the accused, Johan van der Westhuizen, successfully argued that Frara had suffered from ‘non-pathological stress disorder’ which essentially means he had no control over his actions.
The State could not disprove the version presented by the accused, and he was accordingly acquitted.
