THE investigation into the drive-by assassination of Sbongiseni Msimang on the John Ross Parkway on 17 October is at ‘a sensitive stage’ according to the police.
They were not prepared to give any details on the progress.
The callous, broad daylight shooting of Msimang (32) was followed by further shock when, at his funeral, a letter he had written prior to his demise was read aloud.
In it, he stated that in the event of his unnatural death, a local medical doctor – who was named – must be investigated.
