‘THE passenger sitting behind the driver suddenly grabbed him around the neck and tried to choke him.

‘The driver swerved and crashed into the oncoming truck.’

This chilling first-hand account was given by Nhlanhla Mthembu, a passenger who was involved in Sunday’s horror head-on crash that left four dead and several injured on the N2 adjacent to the Enseleni Nature Reserve.
