Six points on offer for Thanda

It’s a full week for all the NFD clubs, with matches on Wednesday and Saturday/Sunday

DESPITE a 0-0 away draw with Santos on Saturday, Thanda Royal Zulu maintained their five point lead at the top of the NFD table thanks to the chasing pack running into trouble over the weekend.

Still unbeaten after seven games and with 17 points to their credit, their closest chasers are Jomo Cosmos and Stellenbosch FC, both on 12 points.

It’s a full week for all the NFD clubs, with matches on Wednesday and Saturday/Sunday.

A good crowd should surely turn up for 3.30pm kick-off at the uMhlathuze Stadium on Wednesday when the Amabhubesi will be looking for three points against Milano United.

Then it’s another away game on Saturday, this time to face Mthatha Bucks – presently lying sixth on 11 points and another team looking to make their way up the ladder.
