I WAS really so touched to read your front page article in your Monday edition – ‘Baby saved from long drop death’ (ZO 14 October).
Hats off to Thokozani Dlamini, uThungulu’s Fire Chief, who is a giant amongst men for saving the baby girl discarded in a pit latrine.
Thokozani is certainly my hero and I would like to meet him and shake his hand.
I salute the father for raising the alarm and the firefighters who dug a hole for Thokozani to crawl through.
They are all heroes!
