IFP KZN caucus leader Blessed Gwala has accused the MEC for Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta), Nomusa Dube-Ncube, of abusing her position.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Gwala expressed his dissatisfaction at the intervention of Dube-Ncube in the failed inaugurations of Nquthu and Jozini municipalities.
