Three die as car hits tree
In another similar incident a passenger was killed at Mavela Reserve, Jozini on Saturday
THREE people died when the driver of a car lost control and hit a tree at the Monzi turn-off on the R618 near Melmoth on Monday.
Siyabonga S’khakhane (22) Sakhile Ngubane (32) and Zinhle Zungu (25) died from their injuries at the scene of the accident.
The Mtubatuba police opened a case of reckless and negligent driving.
In another similar incident a passenger was killed at Mavela Reserve, Jozini on Saturday.
According to a police report the driver of the vehicle lost control and veered off the road into the bushes.
Menzi Zungu (25) died on the scene. Five other passengers sustained minor injuries.
