For the love of arts

Local artists gathered for a regional seminar at Empangeni’s Civic Centre on Friday.

The invited guests for the workshop included musicians, dancers, crafters, poets, writers, actors and even filmmakers.

The purpose was to select a regional artists committee to represent the district at provincial level.

This group will represent all artists in various categories and will make it easier for artists to access information on funding and assist them with proposals.
