Saturday’s first game sees Royal Eagles FC up against Real Kings FC
FOOTBALL fans can look ahead to a feast of matches this weekend when the Premier’s Cup is hosted at the uMhlathuze Stadium.
This prestigious competition among the KZN football giants sees the province’s two PSL sides, Maritzburg United and Golden Arrows, take on the four NFD outfits: Thanda, AmaZulu, Royal Eagles and new arrivals Real Kings.
The NFD quartet will fight it out on Saturday, with two teams advancing to Sunday’s final stage against the PSL boys.
Saturday’s first game sees Royal Eagles FC up against Real Kings FC with kick-off at 11am Thanda Royal Zulu then take on arch rivals AmaZulu FC at 1.30pm.
The two winners go through to Sunday’s respective semi finals against Maritzburg United FC (9am) and Golden Arrows FC (11.30am). The grand final takes place at 3pm.
