Rhinos works hard for cup glory

Kick-off for Saturday's game is scheduled for 1.30pm at the KZNRU knock-out finals day.

MANCOSA Rhinos will be hard at work this week focusing on filling the cracks evident in their last minute Junior Murray Cup semi-final win over Vryheid last weekend, ahead of the finals at Crusaders Rugby Club on Saturday.

Captain Dean Moolman slotted a penalty seconds before the final siren to hand his side a narrow 24-23 win.

Despite a scrappy performance in front of their home crowd at Mick Kelly Park on Saturday, the Rhinos squad and coach Riaan Pienaar believe that they have what it takes to bring the Junior Castle Murray Cup home.

But before celebrations can take place, they have to overcome a well-balanced Hillcrest outfit to get their hands on the silverware.
