Record performances at Felixton

The second round of the league will take place at Richards Bay High School on Tuesday, 23 August.

FELIXTON College’s Kayla Jansen set a new record in the girls U15 200m event at the first round of the Zululand Inter-School Athletics League at Felixton.

She crossed the line in 29.56 seconds (old record 29.66sec).

Felixton’s girls U15 4x100m relay team also rewrote the record books, clocking 58.41 seconds (previous record 58.62sec).

Jansen picked up the Junior Victrix Ludorum prize, with Richards Bay High School’s Johan Fourie bagging the Junior Victor Ludorum title.

Richards Bay High’s Bianca Louw was named Senior Victrix Ludorum, with Sunnydale Secondary’s Revoldo Williamson receiving the Senior Victor Ludorum honours.

The second round of the league will take place at Richards Bay High School on Tuesday, 23 August.
