Free rabies shots available in city this week

THE Department of Agriculture will be sending its mobile clinic to a number of venues in the City of uMhlathuze this week, as part of its mid-year rabies vaccination programme.

Animal owners are requested to take their pets to the following places between 8am and 4pm:

• Tuesday 21 June – Empangeni Fire Station

• Wednesday 22 June – Brackenham Community Hall

• Thursday 23 June – Veldenvlei Community Hall

• Friday 24 June – Veldenvlei Community Hall.

There is no charge for the vaccinations.
