WATCH: Flash flooding hits Zululand

SUDDEN  heavy rainfall in Empangeni has turned roadways into small rivers in a matter of minutes.

The downpour began just after 10am, quickly flooding storm water drains after weeks of minimal rain.

Motorists are urged to drive cautiously until inclement weather subsides as the rain shows no signs of abating.
