CITY of uMhlathuze firefighters this morning paid tribute to their fallen colleague Reinette Britz and friend, Ria Gourley, who both died in a car crash on Saturday, 7 May.
A procession of fire trucks and traffic vehicles drove from central Empangeni to the Heatonville turnoff on the R34.
A joint funeral was held for Ria and Reinette on Friday.
