A YOUNG disabled boy will now be able to attend school after receiving a wheelchair from the St Catherine’s EarlyAct Club.
After hearing of the good work done by the Club through Grade 9 pupil Lebogang Tlou, Rev Asanda Qangule of COEGA Development Corporation made it his mission to donate a wheelchair to be given to a much deserving candidate.
Nomathemba Haselau, a Rotarian and a grandmother of one of the pupils, helped EarlyAct identify the recipient and organised for Sipho Mthembu to be brought to school for the handover.
