I have read the letter in the Zululand Observer of 25 April where it states that the limit is unfair.
I am not sure of which census he is talking about and I am sure that it is outdated.
I was recently in the Free State with my family and there is no water at all.
You must collect water at the JoJo tank and only 20 litres if you are one person or ten persons, rich or poor, it doesn’t matter – you only get that limited water.
If nothing is done and there is no water then we ask why didn’t someone do something about the water.
They are trying to do something to save water and you complain.
It is just fair and important that everyone must save water.
I think use your time to pray and ask God for rain to fill the dams with water.
