St Catherine's pupils turned recyclable material into funk outfits
ST CATHERINE’S School pupils turned recycled materials into innovative garments and showcased them at the Funky Fashion Show in Empangeni on Thursday.
Using only plastic bags, crushed bottles and paper under the theme ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, they presented outfits inspired by fire, air, water, heaven and earth.
Grade 4 pupils performed musical items using handcrafted instruments also made from recycled material.
