TRANSNET Port Terminals (TPT) last Monday donated 85 pairs of shoes to the needy Nkoninga Primary School children.
The ‘Shoes on Feet’ initiative, now in its second year, has received the stamp of approval from the Nelson Mandela Foundation.
It was started by Transnet to commemorate the first anniversary of former President Nelson Mandela’s passing, and will see hundreds of school shoes donated to disadvantaged school children across the country.
