Music in the moonlight

PACK your picnic baskets – the Empangeni Rugby Football Club is hosting its Music by Moonlight at the Park concert on its rugby fields on Saturday, 27 February.

A vital fund-raising event for the club, it will feature successful maskandi duo David ‘Qadasi’ Jenkins and Maqhinga Radebe, as well a popular local cover band, The Angus Band.

A beer garden and food stands will be open and members of the community are invited to bring along their picnic blankets and chairs and enjoy a wonderful evening of fellowship, while helping the club to boost its coffers.

Gates open at 5pm and the programme is set to kick off at 7pm.

Tickets cost R100 per adult, and R50 per child U/12.
